All AEPS Cash withdraw transaction need to be hit through three way api to acknowledge the actual status of transaction maintain at api partner End to Paysprint.
Do not handle your end txn response on the basis of this api, this is only acknowledge API for recon.
It is must to implement ,API partner can hit three way instantly or through cron.
NOTE: Threeway need to be hit for same day txn only.
NOTE: PARTNER SHOULD DO NOT HANDLE RESPONSE OF TXN ON BASIS OF THREEWAY RESPONSE.
